Acceptance of Terms: By using Blue Reign Music Group's services, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions outlined in the contract created specifically for each individual.
Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights in the music and content created or provided by Blue Reign Music Group remain the property of Blue Reign Music Group or its respective owners.
Payments: Payments for services rendered by Blue Reign Music Group must be made according to the terms outlined in the contract.
Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement at any time for any reason based on the contract by providing written notice to the other party.
Confidentiality: Blue Reign Music Group agrees to keep confidential any information provided by the client that is not public knowledge.
Representations and Warranties: The client represents and warrants that they have all necessary rights and permissions to use any content provided to Blue Reign Music Group and that such content does not infringe any third-party rights.
Indemnification: The client agrees to indemnify and hold Blue Reign Music Group harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the client's use of the services provided by Blue Reign Music Group.
Terms and Conditions for Blue Reign Foundation Scholarship Sponsorship and General Donations:
Thank you for considering supporting the Blue Reign Foundation through scholarship sponsorship or general donations. Your generosity plays a pivotal role in empowering students affected by parental incarceration. Before proceeding with your sponsorship or donation, please review the following terms and conditions:
No Refunds: All scholarship sponsorships and general donations made to the Blue Reign Foundation are considered final and non-refundable. Once a sponsorship commitment is confirmed or a donation is processed, it cannot be reversed or refunded under any circumstances.
Sponsorship Confirmation: For scholarship sponsorship packages, once the sponsorship commitment is made and the associated payment is received, the sponsor will be officially recognized as per the agreed-upon sponsorship package level.
Donation Acknowledgment: General donations received by the Blue Reign Foundation are greatly appreciated. Donors will receive an acknowledgment of their contribution; however, this acknowledgment does not imply or guarantee any specific sponsorship benefits or privileges associated with scholarship packages.
Sponsorship Benefits: Benefits and privileges associated with each sponsorship package are outlined and communicated upon agreement. The Foundation will strive to fulfill all agreed-upon benefits to the best of its ability; however, certain benefits may be subject to availability and feasibility.
Use of Funds: All contributions received as scholarship sponsorships or general donations will be utilized towards the Foundation's programs, scholarships, and operational expenses. The Foundation reserves the right to allocate funds where they are deemed most needed, in alignment with its mission and objectives.
Tax Deductibility: Blue Reign Foundation is a registered nonprofit organization. Donations made to the Foundation may be tax-deductible as allowed by law. Donors are advised to consult with their tax advisors or professionals for information regarding the tax implications of their donations.
Modification of Terms: Blue Reign Foundation reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Foundation's official website.
By proceeding with a scholarship sponsorship or general donation to the Blue Reign Foundation, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
